Spadex Steam Services Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Spadex Steam Services! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://spadex.in/ (the “Website”) for using the steam car wash services we offer (the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before booking /availing our Services. By using the Website for booking a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

• To book a Service, an advance payment of Rs. 350/- will be required to pay by the customer.
• This advance amount will be adjusted towards the final payment after availing the chosen service by the customer.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• The advance payment of ₹350 is non-refundable in case the booking is canceled by the Customer on or before 3 hours of the scheduled time fixed for the service.

3. Personal Belongings

• Customers are required to hand over the car/vehicle for the service without any belongings or valuables or cash/.coins inside the car/vehicle.
• Spadex Steam Services is not responsible for loss of any items left in the car interiors.

4. Service Pricing and Duration

• Quoted base price is applicable for hatch back/sedan normal cars
• All prices are inclusive of 18% GST.
• The base price of the service depends on the package you choose.
• Additional charges apply for larger body vehicles:
  • ₹149 extra for SUVs
  • ₹299 extra for XUVs &MUVs
  • ₹399 extra for PREMIUM/LUXURY cars
• Additional charges are applicable for the vehicles which are unused and parked in open place for long period, with food spills, vomits on upholstery, having bird drops, pet residues, wet interiors with bad odors etc.
• The estimated duration of each service is as follows:
  • Standard Package: 60-80 minutes
  • Premium Package: 90-120 minutes
  • Pro Package: 120-140 minutes

5. Disclaimer

Spadex Steam Services strives to provide the best possible service. However, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stubborn stains or dirt in the interiors/exteriors of the vehicle.

6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Spadex Steam Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, as per the prevailing conditions and the same will be updated in the website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of land
